To deposit funds into your CAD wallet, follow these straightforward steps.
Step 1: KYC Verification
Before using the CAD wallet, customers must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Upon completion, an Interac email address will be assigned to your account, along with a specific and permanent security question and answer.
To deposit funds into your CAD wallet, you can use the Interac email already assigned to you by the CadRemit app. Simply log in to your Canadian bank account and enter your CadRemit Interac email to transfer the funds into your CadRemit wallet.
To complete the deposit, you’ll need to input the security question and answer that was provided to you on the CadRemit app, as shown below.
Step 3: Deposit Funds into CadRemit Wallet
After correctly entering the security information, your funds will be deposited into your CAD wallet. There’s no limit to the amount of CAD you can deposit, allowing for smooth and seamless transactions.
Important Note:
Please note that third-party CAD deposits are not allowed. All deposits must be made directly by the account holder and minimum deposit is 100CAD.
